• Arrive with clean lashes as eyelash extensions do not stick to mascara/makeup/foundation/ strip lash glue/tan or oils
• Avoid caffeine before your appointment as it causes eyes to twitch and flicker

• Do not get lashes wet for the first 48hrs after application
• Avoid saunas/steam rooms/sunbathing/showers/sweating/sun beds for the first 48 hours
• Use a eyelash shampoo every 2/3 days to clean your lashes
• Avoid sleeping on the side, as this can cause dirt and oils to accumulate through the night
• Do not rub or pull at your eyelashes as this will damage your natural lashes
• Brush through your lashes once a day - do not over brush
• Do not use any oil based products around or on the eyes - fake tan/eye creams/makeup/makeup remover/mascara etc.
• Lash extensions last around 2-4 weeks depending on your natural lash cycle & aftercare

• If you have never had eyelash extensions a patch test is required. This should be done 72 hours before your appointment
• Come to your appointment alone
• A 10 minute late arrival can result in 10-15 minutes less eyelash extensions. Anyone late 15 minutes or more over your appointment is automatically cancelled.

• No refunds - the first 3 days of getting your lashes done. If there is something wrong we will be able to fix - anything after is due to poor aftercare
• We have a 7-day return policy for products purchased online, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
